                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   EXTEND THE EXISTING CONTRACT WITH MX DESIGN 
                   FOR SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE BESSIE SMITH 
                   HALL NOT TO EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FIVE 
                   THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to extend the 
       existing contract with MX Design for services relative to the 
       Bessie Smith Hall not to exceed the amount of $5,000.00.
